MJ Machinery Supports Potash Fertilizer Packaging Production Line in Qinghai

● Project Background: Qinghai is rich in potash resources and serves as one of the key production bases for potash fertilizer in China. To meet the growing demand for high-capacity, standardized, and dust-free industrial production, a large-scale potash fertilizer production base in Qinghai launched an upgrade of its automated packaging system. The project faced challenges including large output, strong material corrosiveness, high dust generation during production, and strict requirements for continuous heavy-duty operation. After multiple comparisons and on-site inspections, the enterprise selected Wuxi MJ Machinery Engineer Co., Ltd. as the core equipment supplier to build a stable, efficient, and long-life automated packaging production line for potash fertilizer.

● Cooperation Content: Based on the physical characteristics of potash fertilizer—high fluidity, certain corrosiveness, and easy dust emission—MJ Machinery customized a complete set of heavy-duty packaging system suitable for large-scale industrial production. The solution mainly included a high-precision Open Mouth Bagging Machine, FIBC Bulk Bagging Machine, matched belt conveying system, automatic sewing system, and high-efficiency dust removal device. The entire line was designed to support 25kg–50kg bag packaging and 500kg–2000kg FIBC ton bag packaging, fully covering the factory’s bulk delivery and small-batch distribution needs.

● Key customized improvements included anti-corrosion treatment for material-contact components, reinforced weighing sensors for long-term stable operation, and fully enclosed dust collection structures to effectively control dust diffusion. The system adopted automatic bag feeding, filling, weighing, sewing, and palletizing integration, realizing unmanned continuous operation. With high-precision weighing control ≤±0.2% FS, the line ensured stable and consistent packaging weight while meeting environmental protection and safety standards for chemical fertilizer production.

● Достижения проекта: After the commissioning of the potash fertilizer packaging line provided by MJ Machinery, the production base achieved a substantial increase in overall packaging efficiency, with stable operation under 24-hour heavy-load working conditions. The dust-free design greatly improved the on-site working environment and met regional environmental protection requirements. The anti-corrosion configuration extended equipment service life and reduced maintenance frequency.

The automated line significantly reduced manual labor intensity, lowered labor costs, and improved production safety. With stable weighing accuracy and high reliability, the system effectively supported the large-scale, standardized, and intelligent production of potash fertilizer in Qinghai, enhancing product delivery efficiency and market competitiveness.
